ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:
* Up to four drivers per vehicle at no extra cost. Drivers must be
25 or over and must held a full driving licence for 3 years |

PETROL:
*All cars are delivered with half a tank of fuel, payable upon arrival, cost will vary according to vehicle. No refund for unused fuel. |

CHILDREN:
*With the safety of your family in mind we provide seats for the younger ones. Seats must be reserved at the time of reservation, please state age of child. Baby seats are 12 euros per week and boosters are free. |

BREAKDOWNS/ACCIDENTS/PUNCTURES:
* Service provided by our own vehicle repair garage. Prompt attention and a replacement vehicle is provided when necessary. Insurance covers for all accident damages but not by drivers negligence.
* Punctures are included in hire charges but not damage to wheels, tyres, rims or interior (cigarette burns, etc). Also client is responsible for emergency triangles lost or stolen. A bright yellow waistcoat is provided in the car and must be worn in case of breakdown or accident.
* In the case of an accident please contact us or the police/guardia civil if necessary, there is a blue form in the vehicle where you need to fill out the other vehicles number plate and insurance details, we provide a 24 hour telephone number for any assistance.
* You must always informed the car hire company of any damages done to the vehicle.
* Don’t drink and drive or drive under the influence of drugs, the insurance company may cancel the cover if an accident is attributed to either and you will be responsible for all damages. |

REPLACEMENT KEYS:
* A charge is made for replacement key if loss or damaged and extra cost may arise. |

FINES:
* You are responsible for any fines occurred during the rental. Be warned: heavy fines are imposed on the spot, authorities can be difficult and speed cameras are on the island. If the authorities retain the vehicle, the hirer is liable for all towing costs and for returning the vehicle to the car hire company. |

PAYMENT:
* No deposit required. The full amount of hire is payable upon collection of the vehicle in Euros, Debit cards, Credit cards Visa and Mastercard. |
